We are delighted for your interest in becoming a House of Yoga Volunteer Teacher. Our VT's bring the HOY curriculum straight to the students we serve – they are our lifeblood!

We host regular trainings designed to familiarize new teachers with our curriculum and prepare them to engage with the students. Currently, a 200-hour yoga teacher training is a prerequisite for our VT's, with exceptions sometimes made for those with extensive experience working with youth, in direct care, etc.

Our next two HOY Volunteer Teacher trainings will take place:
Saturday 9/21 from 12:30-3:30pm at Alchemy Yoga & Reiki

Saturday 9/28 1:30-4:30 at Flow at Foundy
